Amends Section 571-52, Hawaii Revised Statutes to include tips or gratuities paid directly to an individual by a customer and reported or declared to the employer in the definition of "income" for income withholding orders.

Amends Section 571-52.2, Hawaii Revised Statutes to include tips or gratuities paid directly to an individual by a customer and reported or declared to the employer in the definition of "income" for assignment of support orders.

Amends Section 576D-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes to include tips or gratuities paid directly to an individual by a customer and reported or declared to the employer when calculating child support amounts under family court guidelines.

Amends Section 576E-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes to include tips or gratuities paid directly to an individual by a customer and reported or declared to the employer in the definition of "income" for spousal support calculations.

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.
