Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 183D-4.5 to modify the appointment process for members of the Game Management Advisory Commission.

Requires the governor to appoint commission members from lists submitted by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives, rather than direct gubernatorial appointment.

Maintains the commission's composition of nine members: one from Kauai, three from Maui County (one each from Maui, Lanai, and Molokai), two from Hawaii County (east and west), one from Honolulu, one at-large member, and the Board of Land and Natural Resources chairperson as ex officio voting member.

Preserves existing requirements that all members except the chairperson must be licensed hunters with leadership experience in hunter or shooting organizations, with at least one member having expertise in Native Hawaiian cultural practices.

Takes effect upon approval.
