• Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to create and disseminate seizure first aid information to employers, employees, and the public through various methods including exhibitions, broadcasts, lectures, posters, flyers, and pamphlets.

• Mandates all employers post seizure first aid information provided by the department in a prominent position in their workplace.

• Defines "seizure first aid" as procedures to respond to, attend to, and provide comfort and safety to a person experiencing a primary generalized tonic-clonic seizure or complex partial seizure, explicitly excluding medical treatment training.

• Authorizes the department to adopt rules under Chapter 91 to implement the seizure first aid requirements.

• Effective date: July 1, 2021.
