Adds new section to Chapter 708, Hawaii Revised Statutes (Part II) establishing enforcement requirements for trespass laws on public land.

Requires all law enforcement officers to enforce trespass laws without regard to whether the public land is owned by the State or by a county.

Preserves existing law enforcement responsibilities and jurisdictional boundaries between state and county law enforcement officers.

Takes effect upon approval.
