Appropriates funds for collective bargaining cost items negotiated with the exclusive representative of bargaining unit (7) for fiscal biennium 2021-2023, with all funding lines set at -0-.

Appropriates funds for salary increases and cost adjustments for state officers and employees excluded from collective bargaining who belong to the same compensation plans as bargaining unit (7) members, with all funding lines set at -0-.

Director of Finance shall allot appropriated or authorized funds to appropriate state departments for expenditure in their respective fiscal years.

Salary increases and cost adjustments for employees paid from federal, special, or other funds shall be paid proportionately from those respective funds.

Unencumbered or unexpended funds as of June 30, 2022, and June 30, 2023, shall lapse; Act becomes effective on July 1, 2050.
