Protects confidential alternative investment materials including private placement memoranda, fund agreements, subscription agreements, due diligence materials, and side letters from disclosure.

Exempts financial information of alternative investment vehicles and their managers, including income statements, balance sheets, capital accounts, investment returns, fees, and distribution details.

Shields confidential correspondences, capital call notices, limited partner meeting materials, investment management agreements, and placement agent disclosures related to alternative investments.

Applies to alternative investments defined as private equity funds, venture funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds, private credit, and similar private market investments by the ERS.
