Request the Board of Regents of the University of Hawaii and the Athletics Director of the University of Hawaii at Manoa to seek immediate membership in the Pac-12 Conference for the Rainbow Warriors football team.

Recognize the University of Hawaii football program's history since 1920, including four conference titles and fourteen post-season bowl game appearances.

Note that the Rainbow Warriors football team generates community pride, identity, and economic benefits for the State while providing valuable media attention through competition with ranked mainland teams.

Acknowledge that Pac-12 Conference affiliation would enhance team recruitment and stature while boosting the University of Hawaii's academic and research programs, attracting greater talent and funding.
