Recognizes digital equity as essential for all Hawaii residents to participate fully in society, democratic processes, and the economy, with particular focus on underserved rural and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities

Requests inclusion of Digital Equity Declaration goals in the Aloha+ Dashboard, Hawaii's statewide sustainability framework, with regular progress updates

Transmits certified copies to Hawaii's congressional delegation, state and county officials, education leaders, and economic development organizations to coordinate implementation efforts

Addresses the disproportionate impact of digital inequity on Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander communities, with internet access rates nearly half that of the overall state population
