Requests the Disability and Communication Access Board and Office of Enterprise Technology Services to establish a working group focused on making government documents accessible to people with disabilities.

Working group must research other states' laws and technologies for providing accessible government documents, including those from private contractors.

Working group must evaluate strategies to improve accessible government document provisions and recommend effective oversight methods.

Working group must include representatives from 13 entities including the Center on Disability Studies, Department of Attorney General, Judiciary IT Systems, advocacy groups for blind and deaf persons, and other interested individuals.

Disability and Communication Access Board must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 40 days before the 2022 Regular Session convenes.
