Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to plan for improvements and revitalization of Hans L'Orange Park in Waipahu, including design of the revitalized park and repairs to restore park facilities.

Requests the city consider repairing and improving playground equipment, basketball court, and pedestrian walkways at the park.

Directs the city to seek input from Waipahu residents, community organizations, and businesses when determining appropriate improvements to the park.

Notes the park has deteriorated over time with unsafe conditions, homeless encampment issues, and limited use; the park has a current $8,000,000 budget limited to field, parking, bathrooms, and drainage improvements.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council Chair, and directors of Parks and Recreation, Design and Construction, and Facility Maintenance for the City and County of Honolulu.
