Authorizes the Department of Transportation to issue a lease to Atlantis Submarines Hawaii, LLC for state submerged lands at Pier 27 in Honolulu Harbor, Oahu

Lease covers approximately 26,876 square feet of submerged lands fronting Pier 27, identified as tax map key (1) 1-5-038:78 (portion)

Relocates Atlantis Submarines Hawaii, LLC from Pier 41 to Pier 27 as part of the Honolulu Harbor Master Plan for the Kapalama Container Terminal development

Requires prior approval from the Board of Land and Natural Resources and Governor approval under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 171-53(c)

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of Transportation and Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources
