Identifies Hauula and surrounding communities as medically underserved areas and emphasizes Koolauloa Health Center's critical role providing primary care, pediatrics, surgery, dental services, behavioral health, pharmacy, and community outreach programs.

Acknowledges the old fire station site is state-owned but under City control, and a change of use may require approval from the Board of Land and Natural Resources.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to the Board of Land and Natural Resources, Honolulu Mayor, City Council Chair, and Koolauloa Health Center leadership.
