Requests formation of a task force on North Road management in Ewa Beach, which serves as a major thoroughfare connecting the community to schools, parks, churches, and other areas.

Task force membership includes representatives from the Department of Transportation, City and County of Honolulu, Ewa Beach Golf Course, Carmel Partners, Iroquois Point, and Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board.

Addresses ongoing safety concerns, illegal dumping, and maintenance issues complicated by ownership of different road sections by three entities (one private, two public).

City and County of Honolulu is requested to organize four task force meetings.

Task force must report recommendations on safety improvements and unified road management to the Legislature no later than eight months after resolution adoption.
