Requests the Hawaiian Humane Society to collaborate with animal rights groups and private property owners to eliminate or relocate the feral cat colony at Ewa Beach Shopping Center.

Requests the Ewa Beach Shopping Center property management company to provide regular updates to the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board on progress in addressing the feral cat colony.

Identifies specific impacts on residents of Mariners Place Townhomes, including feral cats urinating, defecating, damaging automobiles, and creating strong odors near homes that border the shopping center.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council, Hawaiian Humane Society, and Ewa Beach Shopping Center property manager.
