Requests the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission declare it does not support discrimination or access restrictions based on COVID-19 vaccine status or immunity test results.

Prohibits providing different dispositions, services, financial aid, or benefits to individuals based on their COVID-19 vaccine status or immunity test results.

Prohibits segregating or subjecting individuals to separate treatment based on COVID-19 vaccine status or immunity test results.

Prohibits restricting individuals' access to advantages, privileges, admission, enrollment, or other benefits based on COVID-19 vaccine status or immunity test results.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Executive Director of the Hawaii Civil Rights Commission.
