Condemns all forms of anti-Asian sentiment related to COVID-19 and calls on public officials to denounce anti-Asian sentiment in any form

Urges federal law enforcement to investigate and document hate crimes and threats against Asian Americans, collect disaggregated data on COVID-19-related hate incidents, and hold perpetrators accountable

Directs public agencies to prioritize language access, inclusivity in communications, and combat misinformation that puts Asian Americans at risk

References over 2,800 reports of anti-Asian incidents collected by the "Stop AAPI Hate" center, noting women are 2.5 times more likely to be targeted than men

Requires copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Congress, U.S. Attorney General, and state governors and legislatures nationwide
