• Recognizes Val Okimoto as Minority Leader, Lauren Matsumoto as Minority Floor Leader, Bob McDermott as Assistant Minority Leader, and Gene Ward as Minority Policy Leader of the Hawaii House of Representatives minority caucus

• Removes Gene Ward from the Committee on Legislative Management while maintaining his membership on Culture, Arts & International Affairs; Government Reform; Health, Human Services & Homelessness; Judiciary & Hawaiian Affairs; and Pandemic & Disaster Preparedness committees

• Adds Val Okimoto to the Committee on Legislative Management while maintaining his membership on Economic Development; Education; Higher Education & Technology; and Labor & Tourism committees

• Preserves all other House appointments and committee memberships established in HR 4 for the 2021 regular session
