Encourages the City and County of Honolulu to plan for improvements and revitalization of Hans L'Orange Park in Waipahu, including design of the revitalized park and repairs to restore park facilities.

Requests the city consider repairing and improving playground equipment, basketball court, and pedestrian walkways at the park.

Directs city officials to seek input from Waipahu residents and relevant community organizations and businesses when determining appropriate improvements.

Notes the park currently has an $8,000,000 budget limited to field improvements, parking facilities, bathroom facilities, and drainage, with final design plans scheduled for approval and bidding by year-end.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council Chair, and directors of Parks and Recreation, Design and Construction, and Facility Maintenance.
