Urges the City and County of Honolulu to lease the former Hauula Fire Station site (located at 54-064 Kamehameha Highway, TMK 1-5-4-001-045) to Koolauloa Health Center.

The fire station was relocated in 2019 from its original site along Kamehameha Highway to a new facility on Kawaipuna Street, creating an opportunity to repurpose the former site.

Identifies Hauula and surrounding communities as medically underserved and notes that Koolauloa Health Center provides comprehensive services including primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, minor surgery, dental care, behavioral health services, and community outreach programs.

Notes that the state-owned site requires approval from the Board of Land and Natural Resources for any change of use from its original fire station purpose.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Board of Land and Natural Resources Chairperson, Honolulu Mayor, City Council Chair, and Koolauloa Health Center leadership.
