Requests the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources at the University of Hawaii at Manoa to explicitly include business education and guidance for farmers in its mission statement.

Acknowledges the college currently focuses primarily on agricultural aspects of farming but notes that farmers need business education to keep operations profitable.

Requires the college to provide the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House with a copy of its revised mission statement after incorporating the business education emphasis.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be sent to the college's Dean and Director for Research and Cooperative Extension, University of Hawaii Board of Regents Chair, UH President, UH Manoa Provost, and Board of Agriculture Chairperson.
