Urges the State, City and County of Honolulu, and Ewa Beach community to address the feral cat problem in the Ewa Beach area.

Identifies feral cats as invasive species that prey on native birds and insects, and serve as hosts for toxoplasmosis, which threatens endangered Hawaiian species including the nene, alala, and Hawaiian monk seal.

Notes that toxoplasmosis poses a potentially fatal health risk to children and adults using nearby park spaces and the Ke Aina Kai playground.

Requests the Hawaiian Humane Society to collaborate with animal rights groups and property managers, including the Ewa Beach Shopping Center management, to eliminate or relocate the feral cat colony at the shopping center.

Requires the Ewa Beach Shopping Center property management to provide regular progress updates to the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board on feral cat colony mitigation efforts.
