Requests the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to convene a task force to study and develop a Paid Family Leave Pilot Program with limited coverage that could eventually expand statewide.

Task force must include 16 specified members including state directors, county mayors, and representatives from labor organizations, business groups, children's advocacy, women's advocacy, and insurance industry.

Task force must submit a report by twenty days prior to the 2023 Regular Session with findings on leave duration data, implementation issues, program structure recommendations, costs, and expansion opportunities.

Report must address program structure including employer/employee eligibility, benefit amounts, qualifying events, job protection provisions, and administrative structure for the pilot program.

Task force is dissolved on January 31, 2023.
