Urges the Board of Education and Department of Education to expand Hawaiian language and cultural classes that fulfill core curriculum requirements in public high schools throughout secondary education.

Requests the Department of Education's Office of Hawaiian Education identify public school teachers who have received or seek training in Hawaiian language and culture to increase Hawaiian content access in secondary schools.

Directs the Board of Education to partner with the Hawaiian language college to identify existing resources for Hawaiian language and culture education and integrate them into teacher training programs.

Requires the Board of Education and Hawaiian language college to submit findings and a report to the 2022 legislature one week before the 2022 session opening.

Cites Hawaii State Constitution Article X, Section 4 requirements to promote Hawaiian culture, history, and language, and a 2019 Hawaii Supreme Court ruling requiring the State to provide Hawaiian education programs reasonably calculated to revive and preserve the Hawaiian language.
