Appropriates $1,500,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2020-2021 to be deposited into the stadium special fund for Aloha Stadium operations and maintenance.

Funds designated for payroll and current operating and maintenance expenses necessary to maintain the facility in safe condition for the public.

Addresses COVID-19 pandemic impacts that forced closure of public gathering places including Aloha Stadium events and swap meet, eliminating revenue and projecting cash depletion before June 30, 2021.

Funds to be expended by the Stadium Authority as recommended by the governor for immediate passage under section 9 of article VII of the Hawaii Constitution.

Effective date set for July 1, 2050.
