Removes the statutory spending ceiling for the dietitian licensure special fund, allowing spending limits to be established through the state budget process instead of statute.

Repeals the previous $30,000 annual spending limit and $35,000 fund balance cap that required excess funds to be deposited into the general fund.

Retains requirement for the department to submit reports to the legislature on the special fund's status, including deposits, expenditures, and sources of receipts.

Allows fees collected under section 448B-9 to be retained and expended for costs associated with administering the dietitian licensure program, including education.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
