Authorizes the Department of Land and Natural Resources to enter into the Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact or similar agreements with other states, federal entities, or foreign entities for mutual enforcement of hunting, fishing, and wildlife laws.

Provides civil immunity from damages for department employees performing acts within the scope of their employment in administering or enforcing the compact agreement.

Entitles department employees to legal representation and indemnification for damages arising from legal actions or claims related to their work under the compact.

Allows the department to adopt rules under chapter 91 necessary for enforcement of any interstate wildlife violator compact agreement.

Takes effect upon approval; modeled after successful multistate compacts (driver license compact and nonresident violator compact) with 48 states already having passed similar legislation.
