• Adds 16 new fentanyl analogs and synthetic opioids to Schedule I controlled substances, including cyclopropyl fentanyl, methoxyacetyl fentanyl, ortho-fluorofentanyl, and para-fluorobutyryl fentanyl.

• Adds two new depressants (etizolam and flualprazolam) to Schedule I controlled substances.

• Adds 11 new synthetic cannabinoids to Schedule I, including various indazole and indole derivative compounds such as AB-FUBINACA, ADB-PINACA, and others.

• Adds norfentanyl as an immediate precursor to fentanyl in Schedule II.

• Adds brexanolone to Schedule III depressants and solriamfetol to Schedule IV stimulants; repeals the approved cannabidiol drugs provision from Schedule V.
