Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 329-101(b) to include opioid antagonists in the state's Electronic Prescription Accountability System alongside controlled substances.

Requires pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonists to be reported electronically to the central repository established under Section 329-102, in accordance with department rules.

Modifies Section 329-101(d)(1) to mandate reporting of dispensed controlled substances and pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonists at least once every seven days, including reporting of "zero" dispensing when no prescriptions are filled.

Requires dispensers to maintain records of filled prescriptions and pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonist dispensing for five years and make records available for inspection by the designated state agency.

Becomes effective upon approval.
