Adds the University of Hawaii to the list of entities authorized to conduct criminal history record checks on current and prospective employees whose duties include ensuring the security of campus facilities and persons.

Renumbers the existing catch-all provision for other authorized organizations from subsection (49) to subsection (50) in Hawaii Revised Statutes section 846-2.7(b).

Takes effect upon approval.
