Requires Hawaii health systems corporation hospitals in counties with areas greater than 4,000 square miles serving Compact of Free Association benefit recipients to establish diversity and inclusion training for all staff.

Mandates hiring of interpreters and community health care workers as necessary to provide culturally sensitive services and bridge language gaps with the community.

Assigns the Hawaii health systems corporation responsibility for oversight and enforcement of the diversity training programs and interpreter/community health care worker hiring requirements.

Requires the Hawaii health systems corporation to submit a report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2022 regular session on implementation of the diversity training and hiring requirements.

Effective date of July 1, 2060.
