Exempts the representative of Hawaiian medium early learning providers from the standard term limit restriction of two consecutive terms not exceeding eight consecutive years on the early learning board.

Allows the Hawaiian medium early learning providers' representative to serve beyond the normal two-year term limits that apply to other board members.

Takes effect upon approval and automatically repeals on June 30, 2025.
