Requires courts to sentence persons convicted of offenses under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapters 708 (Parts II, III, or IV) committed on agricultural land to extended terms of imprisonment.

Sets extended term maximums as follows: 20-year indeterminate term for Class B felonies, 10-year indeterminate term for Class C felonies, 2-year indeterminate term for misdemeanors, and 60-day indeterminate term for petty misdemeanors.

Defines "agricultural land" as acreage used primarily for farming operations, including associated farm buildings, dwellings, roads, and irrigation infrastructure.

Appropriates unspecified funds to the Department of the Attorney General for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 to establish a statewide agricultural theft task force.

Takes effect on May 6, 2137.
