Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 453-1 to provide a unified definition of the practice of medicine applicable to both medical physicians and osteopathic physicians.

Expands the definition of medical practice to explicitly include telehealth, manual medicine, interpretation of tests and medical imaging, and primary diagnosis of pathology specimens.

Broadens the scope of permissible medical activities to include diagnosing, treating, prescribing, palliating, and correcting any human disease, condition, ailment, pain, injury, deformity, or physical or mental condition.

Removes the separate definition of osteopathic medicine that was previously established in 2008, consolidating osteopathic physicians under the same regulatory framework as medical doctors.

Takes effect upon approval.
