Reduces the notice period from 60 days to 30 days before a condominium board can sell, store, donate, or dispose of abandoned personal property when the owner's identity and address are known.

Eliminates the requirement to publish notice in a newspaper and allows the board to immediately dispose of abandoned personal property when the owner's identity or address is unknown.

Requires the board to notify owners in writing by certified mail of the property's identity and location, and the board's intent to dispose of it.

Proceeds from the sale of property with known owners are held for 30 days; unclaimed proceeds become association property, while proceeds from property with unknown owners immediately become association property.

Takes effect upon approval.
