Updates federal law reference for bottled water standards from title 21 C.F.R. section 103.35 to section 165.110, eliminating the separate provision exempting mineral water from total dissolved solids limitations.

Repeals the requirement that noncarbonated bottled water be transported, stored, processed, or bottled through lines or equipment used exclusively for water.

Allows beverage companies to use the same equipment and production lines for noncarbonated bottled water as they use for carbonated soft drinks, juice, and beer operations.

Maintains requirement that bottled water undergo effective germicidal treatment by ozonation, carbonation, or other department-approved disinfection methods to minimize microbiological contamination.

Continues prohibition on transporting, storing, processing, or bottling bottled water through equipment or lines previously used for nonfood products.
