Mandates alternative testing options that do not require dissection or dissected specimens for any assessments in affected courses.

Prohibits schools from penalizing, discriminating against, or removing students from class based on their refusal to participate in or observe animal-related activities.

Requires the board of education to adopt rules ensuring compliance and notification procedures, including written notice to all students and parents of their right to decline participation in animal-related activities.
