Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 711-1112 to expand the definition of "interference with the operator or operation of a public transit vehicle" to include interference with automated operations.

Adds new subsection (c) making it illegal to "intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause the malfunction or breakdown of an automated operation of a public transit vehicle, system, or service."

Defines "automated operation" to include computer, network, artificial intelligence, or remotely controlled operations such as door/window opening and closing, audio messages, vehicle movement, and station arrivals/departures.

Expands the definition of "public transit vehicle" to explicitly include any transit vehicle owned or operated by a government entity.

Classifies interference with the operator or operation of a public transit vehicle as a class C felony.
