Removes the $10 per visit, per day cap on dollar-for-dollar matching funds provided to supplemental nutrition assistance program (SNAP) beneficiaries under the Hawaii Healthy Food Incentive Program, also known as the Double Up Food Bucks program.

Expands eligible purchases under the program to include healthy proteins that are approved for SNAP, in addition to Hawaii-grown fresh fruits and vegetables.

Allows matching funds to be used at farmers' markets, farm stands, mobile markets, community-supported agriculture sites, grocery stores, and other direct food retailers that participate in SNAP.

Aims to increase access to healthy foods for low-income SNAP beneficiaries while supporting local farmers and keeping dollars in Hawaii's local economy.

Takes effect upon approval.
