Allows any number of board members to attend informational meetings or presentations on matters relating to official board business without public meeting requirements, removing the previous limitation of "two or more but less than a quorum"

Permits board members to participate in discussions during these informational meetings, including discussions among themselves, provided no voting commitments are made

Requires board members to report their attendance and matters discussed at the next duly noticed board meeting

Allows private discussions between legislators and any number of board members without limitation or reporting requirements, provided the discussion does not relate to matters under the board's adjudicatory function

Takes effect upon approval
