Amends Hawaii's Uniform Parentage Act to replace gender-specific terms ("paternity," "father," "mother") with gender-neutral language ("parentage," "gestational parent," "non-gestational parent").

Allows non-gestational partners of any gender identity to voluntarily establish parentage at birthing hospitals, birthing centers, or homes during the period immediately before or after a child's birth.

Requires hospitals and birthing centers to provide both the gestational parent and intended non-gestational parent(s) with written materials, forms, and information about parentage establishment rights and responsibilities prior to signing a voluntary acknowledgment form.

Establishes that signed voluntary acknowledgments constitute legal findings of parentage, subject to rescission within 60 days or before any related administrative or judicial proceeding, whichever is sooner.

Requires Hawaii courts and administrative agencies to recognize and give full faith and credit to parentage determinations from other states and territories, whether established through voluntary acknowledgment or court proceedings.
