Allows minors under age 16 to work in theatrical employment if the employer obtains a valid certificate of employment and the minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated responsible adult.

Requires employers to hire a nurse certified in basic life support to accompany and supervise infants under age 1 on set.

Requires a studio teacher (holding a valid Hawaii or home state teaching license) to accompany minors age 5 and older during work performed when school is in session, with a limit of supervising no more than 10 minors per studio teacher.

Defines "nurse" as a registered nurse or advanced practice registered nurse licensed under Hawaii law who is not the minor's parent or guardian.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
