Amends Section 226-64 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to expand the membership of the Hawaii Interagency Council for Transit-oriented Development by adding four legislative committee chairs.

Adds the Chair of the House Committee on Housing and Chair of the House Committee on Transportation as members (numbered 17 and 18).

Adds the Chair of the Senate Committee on Housing and Chair of the Senate Committee on Transportation as members (numbered 20 and 21).

Renumbers existing member positions (the one designated senator member becomes position 19, the HUD representative becomes 23, and other existing members are renumbered accordingly).

Takes effect upon approval.
