Attorney general, on behalf of the department of education, shall acquire land owned by Mililani Town Association through voluntary action or condemnation proceedings under Hawaii Revised Statutes chapter 101

First parcel: portion of lot 2755-C on land court map 325, constituting part of tax map key 9-5-001:83

Second parcel: portion of lot 5392-B fronting Mililani High School per city and county of Honolulu subdivision approval dated November 22, 2019, constituting part of tax map key 9-5-001:017

Attorney general shall acquire property in existing condition and indemnify Mililani Town Association for all claims and liabilities related to physical, environmental, soil, economic, and legal conditions from Act's effective date until acquisition is complete

Act takes effect upon approval
