Amends Section 302D-32 of Hawaii Revised Statutes regarding annual financial audits for charter schools.

Requires authorizers to provide each charter school they oversee with a list of approved independent auditors.

Charter schools select one independent auditor from the authorizer's approved list to complete their annual financial audit.

Removes the previous requirement that authorizers select three independent auditors for charter schools to choose from.

Takes effect upon approval.
