Establishes a new criminal offense in Hawaii Penal Code Chapter 712 for the importation, sale, or possession of childlike sex dolls, defined as dolls, mannequins, or robots intended for sexual stimulation that have features resembling persons below the age of puberty.

Possession or sale of one childlike sex doll constitutes a misdemeanor offense.

Importation, sale, or possession of two to five childlike sex dolls constitutes a class C felony.

Importation, sale, or possession of more than five childlike sex dolls constitutes a class B felony.

Takes effect upon approval; does not affect penalties incurred or proceedings begun before the effective date.
