Extends driver's license renewal period from 2 years to 4 years for licensees aged 72-79 years old, provided their driving record does not include two or more moving traffic violation convictions after age 72.

Maintains 4-year renewal period for licensees 24 years of age or younger.

Establishes 2-year renewal period for licensees aged 72-79 with two or more moving traffic violation convictions after age 72, and for all licensees 80 years of age or older.

Defines "moving traffic violation" as a violation of a statute, ordinance, or rule relating to traffic movement and control arising from operation of a motor vehicle, including commercial motor vehicles.

Takes effect January 1, 2050.
