Urges the Department of Health, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Department of Defense, and other licensing agencies to examine licensing credentials from other states and identify which states have standards meeting or exceeding Hawaii's standards.

Directs examination to focus on professions listed in Senate Bill No. 1115 (2021), section 3, which proposes temporary licenses for military spouses in certain occupations.

Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau assist with the examination and submit a report of findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2022 Regular Session.

Aims to ensure military spouses accompanying servicemembers on permanent change of station can expedite the licensing process while meeting Hawaii's professional standards.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Health, Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Adjutant General, and Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau.
