Install safety improvements, including raised crosswalks, at four locations in Ewa Beach: Papipi Road (Kapolei Parkway to Fort Weaver Road), Keoneula Boulevard and Kamakana Street intersection, North Road at Fort Weaver Road and near Our Lady Perpetual Help Church, and three intersections along Kunia Street (Kuhina/Ahona, Kuhina/Pailani, and Kuhina/Mailani Streets).

Seek input from the Ewa Neighborhood Board and local residents regarding appropriate types and locations of safety improvements at each identified location.

Remove bus stop number 1091 located in front of Ilima Intermediate School on Fort Weaver Road due to illegal activities endangering students and community members.

Notify affected residents that bus stops 4202 (Ewa Beach Transit Center) and 1804 (Fort Weaver Road and Makule Road) remain available as alternatives to the removed bus stop.

Transmit certified copies to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, Honolulu City Council Chairperson, and relevant city department directors and the Ewa Neighborhood Board Chairperson.
