Requests that the FAA grant revenue generated by the fees to Hawaii for noise pollution mitigation efforts and improvements to roads, infrastructure, and schools in Ewa Beach

Cites health effects from aircraft noise including sleep disturbances, cognitive impairment, hypertension, hearing loss, and increased cardiovascular disease risk, with children being especially vulnerable

Notes that a majority of inbound commercial flights to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport follow flight paths directly over Ewa Beach, exposing residents to greater health risks and lower property values than other state communities

Requires certified copies be sent to the FAA Administrator, Hawaii Governor, and Honolulu City Council District 1 representative
