Urges the State, City and County of Honolulu, and Ewa Beach community to address the feral cat problem in the Ewa Beach area, which affects residents, native wildlife, and public health.

Identifies feral cats as harmful invasive species that prey on native birds and insects, and serve as vectors for toxoplasmosis, a parasitic infection threatening endangered Hawaiian species including the nene, alala, and Hawaiian monk seal.

Notes toxoplasmosis poses a potentially fatal health risk to children and adults using park spaces near feral cat colonies, including the Ke Aina Kai playground.

Requests the Hawaiian Humane Society to collaborate with animal rights groups and property managers, including the Ewa Beach Shopping Center management, to eliminate or relocate the feral cat colony at the shopping center.

Requires the Ewa Beach Shopping Center property management to provide regular progress updates to the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board on efforts to address the feral cat colony.
